The wound edges are separated while maintaining connection with the sternocleidomastoid muscle. A skin-subcutaneous-platysmal lateral flap is formed with inclusion of the trapezius muscle.

EFFECT: method allows to reduce scarring, preserve natural lymph flow, reduce lymphorrhea, improve wound healing process, achieve a better cosmetic effect, prevents paralysis of muscles participating in bladebone movement by maintaining the trapezius branch of the accessory nerve, maintaining the trapezius muscle fibers connection with the lateral flap.
