FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely reconstructive surgery, and may be applicable in closure of defects of an anterior wall of a trachea. Substance of the invention consists in using an axially supplied pectoral flap and a porous titanium nickelide plate. The flap is formed with making an incision above a clavicle and a circumferential submammary insicion. The pedicle flap is brought under the clavicle. Besides, the formed muculocutaneous flap is reinforced with the porous titanium nickelide plate with fixing it to a muscular surface of the flap.
EFFECT: use of the given invention enables closing and reinforcing the defect of the anterior wall of the trachea completely, ensuring preventing the floating recreated wall, improving functional and aesthetic effects of the operation.
