SUBSTANCE: outer envelope structure comprises base made as wall construction, heat-insulating layer, covering applied to heat-insulating layer and fastening members. The covering is connected to wall. The covering is formed as reservoirs pressed one to another and previously loaded with heat-insulation material located in the reservoirs. The reservoirs may be filled with gas before reservoir filling with heat-insulation material.

EFFECT: reduced wall mass and increased service reliability of outer walls.
