FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: damper of uneven settlement of building/structure includes reservoirs, material for filling of reservoirs, level detectors, valves. Valves of controlled discrete removal of material for filling of reservoirs are arranged in the form of cutter-drills so that to provide for removal of most material of reservoirs with reduced settlements and vice versa.
EFFECT: improved operational reliability of buildings and structures against uneven settlements of foundation underlying soils.
