FIELD: construction industry.
SUBSTANCE: heat-insulating layer of the building external wall includes coating and tubular members that attach the coating to load-carrying wall of the building so that the cavity wherein low-strength heat-insulating material is arranged is formed; at that coating is a high-strength membrane attached to tubular members some of which protrude out of the wall in a staggered manner for the length that is smaller so that attachment to them can create tension of membrane to the required structural stiffness.
EFFECT: providing structural stiffness that does not change under influence of external load and protects low-strength heat-insulating material.
