FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to construction, in particular to foundations on natural base. Soil press tension bars include metal, polymer flexible or rigid linear elements, horizontal support platforms, dead eyes for tensioning, regulating and anchoring devices. Support platforms around main elements of building foundation are combined by vertically-oriented linear elements with lower foundation point and are tightened so that in process of construction and further useful loading of erected object, soil under support platforms around main foundation would be retained against swelling.
EFFECT: improved operational reliability and bearing capacity of buildings and facilities foundations.
