FIELD: oil producing industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pumping equipment designed for pumping out formation fluid. Proposed surface drive is essentially reduction gear mechanism including electric motor, reduction gear insert and rotator, all mechanically intercoupled. Drive is furnished with adjusting safety carrier installed on driven gear of rotator. Carrier is essentially drive hollow shaft inside which adjusting bushing is installed on thread equipped with driving clutch member rigidly coupled with driven clutch member installed on polished rod of drive. Driving and driven clutch members are rigidly interconnected by shear pins of designed diameter. Safety carrier makes it possible to dispense with clamp deforming polished rod in drive and provides possibility of adjusting position of screw relative to pump stator at accuracy value of pump screw pitch by means of screw jack. Position of screw in stator can be adjusted by screw jack of carrier proper without use of lifting facilities.
EFFECT: enlarged functional capabilities of surface drive, improved reliability of transmission of torque to polished rod and drive rotating rod string.
