FIELD: incineration of waste.
SUBSTANCE: plant comprises two reaction chambers charged with a hydrocarbon raw material, heater mounted inside the chambers, and catalyzer mounted inside the heater. In the exit zone of the reaction chambers there is a layer of activated coal that receives the heater connected with the inner space of the reaction chamber, condenser, and settler. The heater of the first reaction chamber is connected with the inner space of the second reaction chamber via three-way valves for permitting cooling the synthesis-gas in one of the chambers and cleaning it when it flows through the layer of activated coal. The second outputs of the three-way valves are connected with the synthesis reactor through the compressor for permitting supplying the synthesis-gas to the reactor from one of the chambers to the other alternatively. The output of the synthesis reactor is connected with the condenser that is connected with the settler. Each of the chambers is provided with means for supplying water to the zone of the charged hydrocarbon raw material.
