FIELD: thermal processing of household, industrial and other hydrocarbon waste products for their neutralization and consequent use. SUBSTANCE: the invention presents an installation for pyrolysis of hydrocarbon waste products, that is used for thermal treatment of household, industrial and other hydrocarbon waste products for their detoxication and consequent use. The installation for pyrolysis of hydrocarbons waste products contains: a thermal reactor with the electric heater located inside it; a system of the paralyzed gases withdrawal, that includes a condenser. At that the electric heater has a capacity at pyrolysis process to form around itself a carbon sediment, filtrating the paralyzed gas produced in the reactor and it has an inner cavity linked with an inside space of the thermal reactor and a system of the paralyzed gases withdrawal. The system has a settler in series linked with the condenser. It also may have a hydraulic lock and a measuring hydraulic lock in series linked with the settler by a gas outlet pipe, receptacles of liquid hydrocarbons of hydraulic locks, linked through a pump with the injector located in the thermal reactor. At that the condenser and the settler are located above the level of the thermal reactor, and the latter is linked to them through a connecting pipe. At that a catalyst is located on the internal surfaces of the gasses withdrawal pipes located in the water volumes of the hydraulic lock and the measuring hydraulic lock. Linking of the internal cavity of the electric heater with the internal space of the thermal reactor may be carried out through a gas receptacles slot, which is located from below along the full length of the electric heater.
