FIELD: incineration of waste.
SUBSTANCE: plant comprises heat reactor, catalyzer mounted in the heat reactor, layer of conducting coal, and layer of insulator that seals the heat reactor. The heat reactor receives the gas pipe connected with the device for control of power supply. The catalyzer is made of a filter-catalyzer interposed between the gas pipe and casing. The electrodes insulated from the housing and connected to the device for control power supply are arranged over the periphery of the housing. The charging zone of the heat reactor receives a device for supplying water. The housing of the heat reactor is provided with a heat-insulating shell.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
