FIELD: methods for non-cash electronic payments; non-cash payments for goods and services using communication networks.
SUBSTANCE: after customer chooses goods, identifies his individual communication device and enters password, the system forms a query if the sum for goods can be charged-off from customer's account and further need to send a message for transaction proceeding though a radio channel to individual communication device. Current transaction is given a unique code automatically. Code is added to message sent to customer to individual communication device through a radio channel. Customer agrees to charge-off by sending a copy of unique transaction code from individual communication device through a radio channel.
EFFECT: increased protection of non-cash payments for goods and services without introducing additional operations for customer.
