Incubation time is equal to 60 min when incubating cellular mass with Cephalosporin of the first or third generation and carbapenems, or 180 min when incubating cellular mass with fluoroquinolones.
EFFECT: increased antibiotics-binding capacity by blood cells; prolonged bactericide preparation concentration preservation; enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
