FIELD: chemical industry; methods and devices for reprocessing of the non-crystalline polymeric compounds of propylene.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the reprocessing of the non-crystalline polymeric compounds of propylene and may be used at reprocessing of the atactic polypropylene, the non-crystalline copolymers of propylene with ethylene and the highest α- olefins and at preparation of the composite materials on their basis. The method of reprocessing provides for heating up to 100°С of the polymeric compounds or the polymers mixture with one another or with the filling material and their transfer into the high-resilient state forming the artificial resistance to the motion of the polymeric compounds in the extruder with the ration of the length of the feed screw L to its diameter D equal to 4.5. Simultaneously the materials are intensively stirred in the chamber of the adjustable length. Then conduct molding. The device consists of the cylinder with the short feed screw, the molding head with the nozzle and the heater. The output end of the cylinder has the chamber of the intense stirring action. The chamber is made in the form of the lattices and the rotating stirrer with the blades. The lattices are fixed inside the cylinder on the guides hindering to their axial turning, but allowing to change the space interval between the lattices by the pressure nut. The stirrer is arranged between the lattices and is fixed on the output end of the feed screw. The flow section of the first lattice is less, than the flow section of the second lattice. The flow section of the molding head is made rectangular. The heater is placed on the molding head nozzle is capable to heat up the molding polymeric compound up to its surface fusion. The invention allows to decrease the power inputs, to increase the bulk density of the reprocessed polymeric compound and to moderate its stickiness.
EFFECT: the invention ensures reduction of the power inputs, the increase of the bulk density of the reprocessed polymeric compound and moderation of its stickiness.
