FIELD: organosilicon polymers.
SUBSTANCE: organosilicon carboxylates of rare-earth elements are depicted by following general formula: 
(1), wherein M represents Ce, La, Er, Eu, Dy, Y, Pr, Sm, and Nd; n=3-10; and m=20-25. Compounds (1) are prepared by reaction of organosilicon carboxylic acids of general formula: 
, wherein n=3-10 and m=20, with rare-earth element hydroxides or alkali metal hydroxides and rare-earth element nitrates.
EFFECT: enabled preparation of thermal stabilizers soluble in organosilicon polymers and possessing hydrolytic activity.
