SUBSTANCE: claimed composition contains soluble β-galactosylase ferment, yeast, containing Lactobacillus Bulgarian and thermophile streptococcus ratio of 1:4: gel-forming food fiber, filler such ad earth apple in composite powdered form; mixture of normalized defatted milk and whey, or normalized defatted milk and buttermilk, or whey and buttermilk. Product obtained from abovementioned composition is particularly useful in feeding of subjects suffering from lactase deficient and diabetes mellitus.

EFFECT: product of improved nutritional and biological value and wide spectrum of prophylaxis action.
