FIELD: meat industry; methods of purification of the meat industry enterprises waste waters.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to purification of the waste waters of the meat industry enterprises. For realization of the method according to the first version the waste waters are treated with the coagulant with the subsequent flocculant treatment. At that in the capacity of the aluminum-containing coagulant use aluminum sulfate in the amount of 0.3-0.5 g/l and as the flocculant use the product of interaction of polyacrilamide with sodium salt of the acrylic acide with the molecular mass of 4.6·10⁶ and the contents of the ionogenic links of 11 mole % in quantity (0.2-0.4)·10^-3 g/l. For realization of the method according to the second version the waste waters are treated with the coagulant - aluminum chloride with the following treatment with the flocculant and as the flocculant use the product of interaction of polyacrilamide with sodium acrylate having the molecular mass of 4.6·10⁶ and the contents of the ionogenic links - 11 mole % in amount of (0.2-0.4)·10^-3 g/l, and the coagulant is used in amount of 0.1-0.3 g/l. The invention ensures simplification of purification of the waste waters and the increased degree of the purification of the meat industry enterprises waste waters up to 99 %.

EFFECT: the invention ensures simplification of purification of the waste waters and the increased degree of the purification of the meat industry enterprises waste waters up to 99 percent.
