FIELD: meat industry; methods of purification of the meat industry enterprises waste waters.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to purification of the waste waters of the meat industry enterprises. The method for realization of the first version provides, that the waste waters are treated with the coagulant with the subsequent treatment by the flocculant - the product of interaction of polyacrylamide with sodium acrylate with the molecular mass of 12.6·10⁶ and the contents of ionogenic links of 19.8 mole % in the amount of (0.3-0.5)·10^-3 g/l, and as the coagulum use ferric chloride (III) in amount of 0.2-0.3 g/l. The method according to the second version includes the treatment with the coagulum, during which the waste waters are additionally introduced with the flocculant - the product of the interaction of polyacrylamide with sodium acrylate with the molecular mass of 4.6·10⁶ and the contents of the ionogenic links 11 mole % in the amount of (0.3-0.5) ·10^-3 g/l, and as the coagulum use ferric chloride (III) in the amount of_{0.2-0.3 g/l. The method ensures boosting a purification index of firms of meat industry more than 99 %.}

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased degree of the purification of the waste waters of the meat industry enterprises up to 99 percent.
