FIELD: chemistry of polymers.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing a liquid hardening agent designated for hardening prepolymers with terminal isocyanate groups for polyurethane composition of different designations, in particular, for preparing by casting technology of large-scale articles and articles of complex pattern exploited at large loadings and in regimen of cyclic loading at high deformation degree. The proposed liquid hardening agent comprises components taken in the following ratio, wt.-%: 3,3'-dichloro-4,4'-diaminophenylethane as aromatic diamine, 40-59 and plasticizing agent, 41-60. As a plasticizing agent a mixture of di-(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate and tributyl phosphate taken in the mass ratio = (0.5-0.7):(0.3-0.5) is used. Invention provides enhancing working capacity of the reaction mass, to reduce stretch modulus of polyurethane elastomers in simultaneous improving strength and deformation indices, and to enhance resistance of polyurethane to cyclic loading at high level of deformation.
