FIELD: polymer materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to formulations of polyurethane elastomers, which can be used for manufacturing articles involving molding techniques. Composition of invention contains, wt parts: urethane prepolymers based on 2,4-tolylene diisocyanate and polytetramethylene oxide diol having molecular weight 1400, 100, and those based on 2,4-tolylene diisocyanate and oligobutadienediol having molecular weight 2000, 120-160; curing agent: 3,3'-dichloro-4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane, 7-9; and nonvolatile solvent-hardener consisting of 2,6-diethylhexyl sebacate, 35-45, and polytetramethylene oxide diol having molecular weight 1000, 70-80. In this way, high-strength cross-linked elastomers are prepared with modulus value 1.2-1.6 MPa at ambient temperature and with modulus value no higher than 3 MPa within a temperature range up to -50°C, while retaining strength at least 15 MPa.
EFFECT: increased frost resistance of articles and enabled operations with such articles under low-temperature conditions.
