FIELD: polymers. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polyurethane composite of enhanced resistance to cold used for processing to articles by foundry technology. Invention describes a composite comprising urethane prepolymer 10000 with content of free isocyanate groups 2.0% based on 1 mole of oligobutadieneisoprendiol with molecular mass 4000 Da and statistic distribution of butadiene and isoprene links taken in the mole ratio = 70:30 and 2 moles of 2,4-toluylenediisocyanate taken in the amount 60.3-88.2 wt.%, urethane prepolymer SKU-PFL-100 with content of free isocyanate groups 6.0% based on 2 moles of 2,4-toluylenediiso-cyanate and 1 mole of polytetramethylene oxide glycol with molecular mass 1000 Da taken in the amount 5.2-30.1 wt.% and 3,3'-dichloro- -4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane as a hardening agent. Invention ensures to obtain polyurethane composite with the required level of working life of reaction mass and retention of high physical-mechanical indices in the range of low temperatures.
