FIELD: chemistry of polymers, chemical technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composites of polyurethane compositions for different aims that are processes by method or reaction molding by the casting technology for manufacture of large-scale articles of different designations, among them, articles exploited at negative temperatures. The proposed composition comprises polyurethane prepolymer synthesized by interaction of 2 moles of 2,4-toluylenediisocyanate and 1 mole of a mixture of oligopropylene oxide diol of molecular mass 1000 Da and oligotetramethylene oxide diol of molecular mass 1000 Da in their mole ratio = (0.08-0.2)-(0.7-0.3), respectively, 3,3'-dichloro-4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane as a hardening agent and di-(2-ethylhexyl)sebacate as a plasticizing agent, and, additionally, oligotetramethylene oxide diol of molecular mass 1000 Da as a extender of flexible chains. Invention provides the development of the polyurethane composition based on urethane prepolymer synthesized by interaction of toluylenediisocyanate and mixture of oligopropylene oxide diol with oligotetramethylene oxide diol possessing the enhanced strength, resistance to cold and enhanced working capacity of reaction mass with retaining high hardness of the material.
EFFECT: improved preparing method, improved and valuable properties of composition.
