FIELD: fat-and-oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves expelling oil from oily raw material in continuous expeller; feeding additional agent under pressure into material under oil expelling process. Carbon dioxide in above-critical state is used as additional agent, which is fed into oily raw material under expelling process.
EFFECT: increased extent of expelling of basic product, reduced liquid phase content and increased yield of press oil.
