FIELD: solid waste landfills; solid municipal waste; industrial waste.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the safe and cost-effective operation of existing and decommissioned municipal solid waste landfills; solid municipal waste; industrial waste, namely to the section of collection, transportation and neutralization of biogas generated during the decomposition of waste in the body of the landfill. A method for landfill gas utilization is proposed, which includes the following successive steps: leveling and profiling the surface of the landfill; determination of the upper surface and its division into gas collection fields; installation of a waste disposal system gas; isolation of the landfill with a protective screen.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the efficiency of biogas extraction to stabilize solid waste storage sites, leads to uniform shrinkage of the landfill during the biological stage and achieves a high level of environmental friendliness of the landfill gas utilization process, and reduces the frequency of condensate removal.
