METHOD AND FORM TIE FOR WALL ERECTION Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC E04G17/06 

FIELD: building, particularly to erect wall or partition structure having substantially flat surfaces.

SUBSTANCE: method involves arranging form panels or similar surfaces with the use of form ties so that the panels are spaced apart and face each other, wherein cavity is created between the panels or the surfaces and form ties have parts with stop means to be brought into contact with form panel surfaces facing the cavity; inserting above form tie parts in form panel orifices, wherein form ties arranged on form panel surfaces facing in opposite direction with respect to the cavity have stops to retain form panels or surfaces in spaced apart relation; pouring liquid mortar or concrete and hardening thereof. Form ties are formed of non-corrosive material. Crack directional lines are created on form ties before form tie installation in the cavity, wherein the directional lines are located in plane defined by inner surface of form sheets. Form ties are brought into cooperation with dividing stops made of non-corrosive material, which are adapted to touch inner surfaces of form panels. The dividing stops are created so that liquid mortar or concrete may surround the dividing stop parts except ones brought into cooperation with inner surfaces of form panels, namely with surfaces facing the cavity. After wall or partition structure hardening the stops and form panels are removed and form ties are broken along crack directional lines. Form tie adapted to erect wall or partition structure by above mentioned method is also disclosed.

EFFECT: increased quality of ready wall.
