FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a formwork unit used for molding structural elements of a building extending upwards between adjacent slabs, for example, columns and walls. Shield formwork unit comprises at least two surface forming elements and at least one connecting element arranged with the possibility of removal between two surface forming elements. Connecting element comprises pad arranged between flanges of adjacent surface forming elements, at that, adjacent edges of surface forming elements thrust against connecting element, so that produced as a result formwork unit forms a single solid filling surface.
EFFECT: in use, connection element can be removed separately from formwork unit after molding of concrete surface.
