SUBSTANCE: invention relates to form panel and method for making forms. Form panel, configured to produce the required shape of formwork so, that multiple form panels are located at equal intervals from each other in the direction of their width to set areas of space between them and are continuously and vertically located in the longitudinal direction for concrete mixture pouring. Form panel is made from foam material with possibility of its use as an insulator for concrete mixture pouring. Both edge sections of form panel gave through holes for screed so that the flat screed passes through each through hole for screed. Through hole for screed in form panel has such structure, in which the section of penetration of the body is connected with the section of penetration of the rib, so that screed body and ribs to retain gap pass through the through hole for screed. Also described is a method for making form using form panels.
