FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, technique used in heap processing machines.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus for separating of crude heap has cylindrical drum with horizontal axis of rotation, deck embracing said drum, charging hopper with transportation device, and ejection device. Whips are fixed on cylindrical drum surface. Angle of winding of whips toward cylinder generatrix is reducing in direction of movement of heap along the entire length of drum. Curved line of whip turning extent corresponds to hyperbolic line.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in grating of crude heap and reduced seed losses.
