SUBSTANCE: method involves administering drop infusion therapy involving intravenously drop-by-drop introducing solutions. First, 6% hydroxyethyl starch is introduced at a dose of 5 ml/kg at a rate of 3-5 ml/min. Next, Reamberin solution is introduced at a dose of 5 ml/kg at a rate of 4 ml/min.
EFFECT: accelerated acid-base equilibrium normalization; increased Reamberin bioavailability.
