FIELD: chemical industry; food industry; instrument-making industry; medicine and pharmacology industries; methods and devices for filtration of liquids.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the devices for liquids filtration and to the methods of manufacture of the devices. The invention may be used in the chemical industry, medicine, instrument-making industry, at filtration of the foodstuffs, the products of pharmacology. The technical result of the invention is achievement of the filtering capacity of the order of 1.0 microns, the increased service life of the filtering component, the improved effectiveness of the filter flushing, prevention of formation of the scale depositions. The method of manufacture of the device for filtration of liquids provides for manufacture of the filtration component by the wire pitch coiling onto the perforated framework with formation of the permeable surface. Preliminary the wire surface is coated with the corrosion-and-wear-resistant coating on the basis of the nanocomposition of the powders of titanium carbonitride. Inside the inlet fitting pipe the magnetization device and the swirler are mounted. The swirler is made in the form of the screw-shaped cavitation nozzle. The device of the liquids filtration contains the detachable body with the inlet and outlet fitting pipes and the filtering component mounted in it. In the inlet fitting pipe before the filtering component there are additionally mounted the magnetization device and the swirler. The filtering component is formed by the wire pitch coiling onto the perforated framework, on the surface of the wire there is the coating on the basis of the nanocomposition of the powders of titanium carbonitride. The device is additionally supplied with the inlet and outlet pressure meters, the return flushing valve and the valve for discharge of the filtering sediments.
EFFECT: the invention ensures achievement of the filtering capacity of the order of 1 micron, the increased service life of the filtering component, the improved effectiveness of the filter flushing, prevention of formation of the scale depositions.
