SUBSTANCE: method for manufacturing a filter for cleaning liquids and gases consists in the layer winding of the microwire on the base with the formation of a helical and crevice surface. The base of the layer winding of the wire is made cylindrical with the axis of rotation, which is fixed on the axis of the high-speed electric motor, placed above the filter for cleaning liquids and gases, and placed in a hermetically sealed vertical housing with an upper disposition of inlet and outlet nozzles. The inlet nozzle is fed to the filter volume for cleaning liquid and gases on the outside of the base of the layer winding of the wire, while the outlet nozzle is connected to the filter volume on the inside of the base of the layer winding of the wire. The filter is hermetically connected to the bottom of the sealed vertical housing, from which a drain pipe with a tap is located. The volumes of the filter for cleaning liquid and gases of the outer and inner sides of the base of the layer winding of the wire are hermetically separated between themselves.

EFFECT: improved filter cleaning performance, long service life.
