SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanisms converting rotation into translation of devices. Proposed inertia propeller has housing and structure including support wheel arranged in plane of translation of device and rigidly coupled with housing, rotor connected with motor, working wheels installed on rotor for free rotation and forces rolling over support wheel without slipping, and unbalance weights, each installed in corresponding phase of angular position on corresponding working wheel of diameter of support wheel. Structure is furnished with adjacent support wheels and working wheels designed for rolling without slipping over adjacent support wheels concentrically relative to said support wheel. Axles of rotation of working wheels designed for rolling without slipping over adjacent support wheels pass in spaces between working wheels rolling over adjacent support wheel. Such mirror reflected structure is installed in plane square to direction of device translation. Rotors of mirror reflected structure are designed for rotation in opposite direction relative to rotors of said structure.
EFFECT: stepless, smooth mechanical displacement of device without jerking and pulsation of traction force.
