SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the vehicles. Vehicle for moving within the pipeline comprises a source of torque and a housing, on the outer surface of which is inclined to its longitudinal axis at a certain angle, the same for all, spring-loaded friction rollers are installed to interact with the inner surface of the pipeline along the helical line. Spring-loaded friction rollers are mounted to freely rotate about their axes. Housing is coaxially connected to the shaft of the torque source. Source of torque is rigidly connected to the node, which extinguishes the reactive torque. Friction rollers are equipped with a drive to change the angle of their tilt. Vehicle for moving inside the pipeline has a streamlined casing with driven wheels on the tires centering the casing for movement inside the pipeline. In the fore or tail part of the shell is fixed the bearing support with bearings, on which the rotor of the impeller of the dynamical type is mounted coaxially to the axis of the pipeline, containing a housing with frictional rollers mounted on elastic suspensions and a drive for varying the angle of inclination of the friction rollers. Frictional rollers are made elastic with resilient resistance to the lateral drift, and the housing is bearing. Rotor is connected by means of a transmission assembly with a torque source that is equipped with a speed controller and is housed in a shell containing also a stock of energy resources, an automated control system and a passenger compartment or cargo bay. For moving on the road surface, the vehicle rests on the lower driven wheels with the traction motor and the steering mechanism installed, and also relies on the released driven wheels removed from the left and right sides of the shell, increasing the wheelbase.

EFFECT: as a result, the design of the vehicle has been improved, its traction-speed qualities have been increased, and the functionality has been expanded.
