FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport facilities driven by surface wheel propellers and can be used in creation of snow- and swamp-going machinery. The method consists in formation of kinetic component of total mechanical energy using carrying-driving device of propeller. The carrying-driving device of propeller contains body of "floating" type with electric motor integrated in it. The carrying-driving device interacts with propeller rim providing two-stage quasi-elastic system of power flow to propeller rim. Quasi-elastic system of power flow represents two series-connected dampers one of which is electromagnetic and the other is gravitational.
EFFECT: improved grip and carrying-time characteristics of propeller operation.
