FIELD: insulation materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention aims at constructing electric cables for underground trains and other vehicles and provides electroinsulation composition based on siloxane rubber and containing organic peroxide, and inorganic filler including Aerosil and α,ω-dihydroxydimethylsiloxane. Composition is characterized by additionally having diphenylsilanediol, titanium dioxide, cadmium oxide, and, as supplementary inorganic filler, carbonate material so that composition finally contains, wt parts: siloxane rubber 100, carbonate filler 30-60, Aerosil 35-50, titanium dioxide 5-20, α,ω-dihydroxydimethylsiloxane 5-20, diphenylsilanediol 10-20, cadmium oxide 5-10, and organic peroxide 1.0-2.5.
EFFECT: increased flame propagation resistance.
