SUBSTANCE: device comprises cylindrical damping member provided with through opening and longitudinal central housing that is set in the opening and used for rigid connection with the object. The damping member is connected with the longitudinal central housing through two flexible members with openings for passing the longitudinal central housing and two end washers secured to the longitudinal central housing. The damping member is interposed between the ring washers. The flexible members have two opposite faces, and the ring washer is rigidly connected with the longitudinal central housing from the side of damping member and flexible members. One of two opposite faces of each flexible member is rigidly connected with each ring washer, and the other face is secured to the damping member.
EFFECT: improved damping capability.
