SUBSTANCE: method comprises producing flexible diaphragm provided with ring projections that face each other and setting the flexible diaphragm between the base and lid provided with concentric ring grooves to define a ring space between the base and lid. The diaphragm is made of two flexible rings set in the ring grooves and provided with two ring projections. The flexible rings are made by wounding a belt on the shell, or the flexible rings are made of a shell composed of several axially aligned rings.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability.
