FIELD: metal forming.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, particularly, to devices for automatic production of ridge on cylindrical shell. Common frame accommodates a front headstock, a horizontal bed, a mounting platform and a support platform, and a linear displacement module of the mounting platform. Rotary mechanism with shaping rollers is installed on front headstock. Common frame is equipped with crossbar with support guides, on which platform is installed. There is a mechanism for setting the shell in size relative to the rollers. Disc-centralizer with movable cylindrical pins is installed on the mounting platform. Front headstock is electrically connected to the control unit.
EFFECT: quality of the resulting products is improved due to the stable fixation of the position of the shell.
