FIELD: pipeline valving systems.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises flat valving gate mounted between the inlet and outlet spaces and provided with opening. The valving gate is connected with the rod of the drive and is in a contact with the seat. The seats are mounted in the inlet and outlet spaces. The ring sealing member is placed from the side of the seat of the outlet space. The valve gate is provided with two additional ring sealing members arranged from the side of the seat of the inlet space and define a relief space between them. The space is in communication with outlet space through the passages made in the valving gate. The valving gate is secured to the shaft, is shaped into a cylinder, and is coaxially set in the cylindrical seat. The seat is mounted in the inlet space. The valving gate has two additional openings whose centers are arranged over the same diameter coaxially to the valving gate at the same distance from each other. The same coaxial openings are made in the cylindrical seat. The area of the surface of the relief space is equal to the area of the surface bounded by the ring sealing member placed from the side of the seat of the outlet space minus the area of the openings in the valving gate. The center of one of the openings in the valving gate is placed at the main vertical axis behind the center. The rod of the drive is mounted in the outlet space and provided with a projection at its end having the horizontal groove. From the side of the outlet space the shaft is made of a crank whose pin cooperating with the groove in the rod projection is positioned at a constant radius.
