FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device contains casing 1 with co-axial straight-through - input 2 and inlet 3' outlet ports and drive 4. Inside the casing it is located seat 5 with opening 6. In seat between guidelines 7 there are installed the first plane gate valve 8 with opening 9, bushing 10 and sealing element 11, sealing thickening surfaces of bushing and seat for whole range of adjustment. The first plane gate valve is connected to guide bar 12, located from the side of drive. From the side opposite to guide bar the first plane gate valve with discharging gate valve 13, diametre of which is equal to guide bar diametre. In casing behind the seat co-axial to it there are located identical seat 5 with opening 6, in which there are installed the second plane gate valve 8 with opening 9, bushing 10 and sealing element 11, pressuring thickening surfaces of bushing and seat on whole range of adjustment, corresponding the first grade of adjustment. The second plane gate valve with opening and bushing are rotated for 180 degrees and are installed with ability of movement towards the first plane gate valve. The second plane gate valve from the side of discharging guide bar is connected to identical discharging guide bar 13, and from the side of drive - to additional guide bar 14, diametre of which is also equal to diametre of guide bar. Discharging guide bars and additional guide bar are installed, as and guide bar, in T-shaped grooves of both plane gate valves. Drive is implemented with groove 15 and corresponds spindle 16, on which there are two threaded sections: with left-hand thread on top 17 section and right - on bottom 18 and both threaded sections are connected to reciprocal thread 19, 20 agreeably, providing compound motion of both gate valves in opposite direction. Guide bar is motionlessly connected to reciprocal thread, connected to right-hand thread on bottom section of spindle, and additional guide bar - to reciprocal thread, connected to left-hand thread on top section of spindle, herewith pitch of both thread is simultaneous. In casing behind each seat co-axial- passage opening with formation of cavity 21 it is located flow divider, corresponding perforated 22 with dummy partition in the middle, implemented in the form of circular cones 23, vertex of which are located on axis of cylinder from both sides. Openings 24 of cylinder from both sides of partition communicates through cavity, herewith total port area from each of sides of cylinder is not less than area of passage opening in seat.
EFFECT: invention provides for uniformly distribution between two stages of adjustment total pressure difference, reduction of noise level, improved reliability and durability increasing of operation of adjusting device.
