FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: in control device on the side opposite to drive stem, coaxially to it, there is an unloading stem arranged, which is connected to flat gate, diametre of which equals diametre of drive stem. Under body, parallel to it, there is an identical body arranged as connected to it by sleeve with inlet and outlet channels and through hole. Inside body there are the following components available: identical seats with hole, with insert and flat gate with opening installed in it between guides, which represent the second stage of control. Flat gate is connected to additional stem arranged coaxially to unloading stem, diametre of which equals to diametre of the latter. On the side opposite to additional stem, coaxially to it, there is an additional unloading stem arranged, which is connected to flat gate, diametre of which equals diametre of additional stem. Unloading stem is connected by axis to additional stem with the possibility of simultaneous displacement of both flat gates by stem of drive, at the same time outlet channel of body is connected by pipeline to inlet channel of identical body.
EFFECT: invention increases reliability and working life of control device.
