SUBSTANCE: fixing agent contains aqueous phase used in an amount of 50-95 wt% and oil phase used in an amount of 5-50 wt%. Aqueous phase contains water and fluid byproduct of processing or fermentation of raw plant material, or syrup. Oil phase contains oil and emulsifiers. Method for preparing of emulsion or suspension involves adding aqueous solution to oil phase for producing of oil-in-water type emulsion or suspension; thereafter, adding part of aqueous phase in order to produce inverted oil-in-water type emulsion or suspension; mixing resultant oil-in-water type emulsion or suspension with remained aqueous phase.
EFFECT: improved retention of powdered fertilizer on seed surface.
