FIELD: food products.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to fat-and-oil industry. The food product of water-in-oil type with decreased ability of secondary splashing containing 60 wt % or less of fat from 0.1 to 5 wt % of porous powdered vegetable substance with average weighted particle diametre (d4,3) not more than 0.5 mm that consists of one or more substances chosen from the group including nuts, seeds, beans, grains, kernels and cellulose.
EFFECT: obtaining the product with decreased ability of splashing when frying.
