SUBSTANCE: seeds are coverd by composition containing water and oil emulsion in the form of suspension or emulsion and includes a mixture of 40-70 mass.% nutrient plants containing phosphate salt, and recording agent. By using the emulsion or suspension of emulsion of oil, water, surface-active substance and fertilizer, the fertilizer and the fixing agent are distributed homogeneously in the coverage that's why the fertilizer's cast from the seeds is minimised.
EFFECT: fertilizer's cast from the seeds is minimised.
