FIELD: food industry, butter and fats industry. SUBSTANCE: method for obtaining oil emulsion deals with obtaining oil bodies out of cell, washing oil bodies by obtain washed oil bodies containing whole oil bodies of similar size, shape and density and mixing washed oil bodies with liquid phase to obtain emulsion. Oil bodies are obtained from plant seeds due to their grinding, removal of solid substances out of ground seeds and separation of oil bodies' phase against watery phase. Emulsion obtained contains preparation of washed oil bodies of similar size, shape and density. It is obtained emulsion-covered preparation to feed fish. Oil emulsion could be, also, used as means of individual hygiene, food products and fodder products. The innovation enables to obtain stable emulsion due to application of washed oil bodies at the highest adsorptive capacity, more prolonged terms of storage and decreased allergic reaction.
