PLANT FOR CLEANING SURFACES FROM HYDROCARBON CONTAMINANTS Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC B08B9/93 B08B3/02 

FIELD: cleaning various surfaces of reservoirs and tanks, tank cars inclusive from fats, organic and minerals oils and petroleum products, such as oil, paraffin, resins, asphaltene, kerosene, gasoline.

SUBSTANCE: proposed plant may be also used for cleaning oil reservoirs from bottom deposits and oil residues after liquidation of sludge pits. Proposed plant has reservoir for washing solution, washing solution heater, pumps for delivery of washing solution to washing-off zone and discharge of washing products; plant is also provided with jet washing-off unit made in form of washing head, reservoir for oil residues, piping system, shut-off fittings and control and adjustment equipment. Plant is additionally provided with washing solution level compensation unit made in form of reservoir connected with washing solution reservoir, centrifugal separator-receiver for primary cleaning of washing solution which is connected with washing solution reservoir through solid phase separator and with reservoir receiving oil residues which is provided with low-frequency vibrator. Washing solution reservoir is provided with coalescing separator made in form of cassette with filler secured for independent heating and vibration for forced cleaning; they divide reservoir into sections for secondary cleaning of washing solution from washing products; washing solution reservoir is connected with heater by means of closed loop for control of temperature. Oil residues are ready for utilization and washing solution is regenerated for reuse.

EFFECT: improved quality of cleaning in any season; enhanced fire and ecological safety.
