FIELD: casting processes and equipment, namely removal of cooling water from inner bow of machine for casting H-beam billets.

SUBSTANCE: according to method of invention level of sewage water is raised higher than lateral edges of profile of beam billet along inner bow due to high-speed pressure and water is removed to chute for scale arranged in lower level. Water removing apparatus is arranged in low part of inner bow of roller guide between lateral edges of profiled beam billet and it is mounted with possibility of controlling it by height. Said apparatus is communicated with tube for supplying compressed fluid in order to create reactive jets directed to sewage water in inner bow of beam billet profile. Stream nozzles provide high-power air jets or jets of water-air mixture under pressure in range 6 - 10 at.

EFFECT: universal apparatus used in strictly limited space where plants for continuous casting of shapes are arranged, possibility for removing large amount of remained water flowing down.
