METHOD OF MANUFACTURE OF THE SILICONE REINFORCED TUBE AND TUBE MANUFACTURED BY THIS METHOD Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC B29D23/00 B29C47/06 F16L9/12 B29L23/00 B29K21/00

Abstract RU 2293657 C2

FIELD: medical equipment industry; methods of methods of production of the silicone reinforced tubes for the flexible pipelines both of general special designation.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the method of manufacture and to the design of the tubes for the flexible pipelines both of common and special designation and is intended for usage in the different fields of engineering, where transportation by the flexible pipelines operating in the wide temperature range from minus 60°С up to plus (150 - 250)°С is required at action of the high-pressure of the various gaseous and liquid mediums, including transportation of the drinking water to the medical-technical apparatuses meeting the sanitary-hygienic requirements. The method provides for the first stage of the extrusion, in which using the silicone rubber compound by the method of the continuous extrusion they manufacture the internal tubular layer with the longitudinal grooves on the external surface. The internal tubular layer is vulcanized and braided with the engineering filaments. After that exercise the second stage of the extrusion, at which on the braided internal tubular layer the external tubular layer is applied by the method of the continuous extrusion, and then the item is vulcanized in the air medium at the outside atmospheric pressure. The invention presents the description of the silicone reinforced tube produced by the indicated method. The invention allows to manufacture the silicone reinforced tubes of the large length by the simple method and eliminates formation of the blisters on the outer surface of the tube due to provision of spontaneous or compulsory removal of the gaseous products along the longitudinal grooves on the internal tubular layer.

EFFECT: the invention ensures manufacture the silicone reinforced tubes of the large length using the simple method, elimination of formation of the blisters on the outer surface of the tube due to the spontaneous or compulsory removal of the gaseous products along the longitudinal grooves in the internal tubular layer.
