FIELD: heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises filling the boiler with water up to a give lever and affecting the water with a current generated by means of electrodes submerged into the water. The water is affected by high-voltage pulses to generate water jets that form a dispersion structure by passing the jets through the deflector. The pulse steam generator comprises housing with branch pipes for supplying water and discharging steam, electrodes submerged into the water, and power supply system. The deflector is interposed between the branch pipe for discharging steam and the water surface and made of plates that abuts one against the other. The plates are provided with ports separated by baffles alternating so that the ports are in part overlapped by the baffle of the adjacent plates.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
