FIELD: heat engineering.

SUBSTANCE: mobile steam generator with a function of a high-pressure unit is a water-pipe direct-flow steam boiler with a fuel burner and a coil located in its furnace. The coil communicates with a system for supply of feeding water by means of steam and water pipelines equipped with shut-off valves including, among other, a bypass valve, safety steam valves, a device for protection from water pressure drops, and, in case of request from consumers, a steam valve for water heating. Pressure in the system is provided by a three-plunger high-pressure pump actuated by a single-phase electric engine. A suction pipeline of the three-plunger pump is connected to the system for supply of feeding water. On an injection pipeline, a water flow distributor is installed, consisting of tubular elements and shut-off valves, which provides separate supply of feeding water along two directions: when operating in a steam generation mode – from the pump to the coil, and when operating in a high-pressure unit mode – from the pump to a high-pressure gun.

EFFECT: obtainment of a mobile steam generator with a function of a high-pressure unit.
