FIELD: medicine, cardio-vascular surgery.

SUBSTANCE: a patient should be connected with the apparatus for artificial circulation, pharmacocryocardioplegia should be carried out. Then it is necessary to lance right atrium to perform dissection up to the bottom of bridge folds of common atrioventricular canal above the crest of interventricular septum. Then it is necessary to cover the defect of interventricular septum with the first fragment out of xenopericardium by fixing it with uninterrupted suture at interventricular part stepping several mm against the edge of the defect. Towards the upper edge of the fragment one should fix separate bridge folds of mitral and tricuspid valves. It is important to close the defect of interatrial septum with the help of the second fragment out of xenopericardium. Moreover, one should fix its inferior edge with uninterrupted suture towards the fragment at interventricular septum, and the rest edges - towards atrial tissue stepping several mm against the defect, moreover, coronary sinus should be remained in the cavity of right atrium. The innovation enables to develop natural anatomical angle between venous and arterial cardiac valves.
